Ninjag-O-G Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 Is it possible to select multiple vector objects in Affinity Designer and rename them all at once, i.e. head_01, head_02, etc? I'm doing some UV work and while I could put on some good music and spend an hour renaming a couple thousand faces I'm hoping there's a shortcut. Quote
v_kyr Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 AFAIK no! - Only when you export into some text editable format, do bulk rename and then reimport (but just with chance). Ninjag-O-G Posted February 19, 2019 Author Posted February 19, 2019 Alright, how do I do that? I'm just assuming PDF, but is there something else you'd recommend? Quote
v_kyr Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 If that then keeps to be editable and can be reimported for you give it a try. I was more thinking as possible SVG which gives a text representation of vector commands, but overall it depends on what AD can export/import in a graceful manner at all. Ninjag-O-G Posted February 20, 2019 Author Posted February 20, 2019 Ok, I'll do some experimenting. Thanks! Quote
