Possible to more lanuages?

Hello,

Is there any way to open the Publisher for more languages?

I have much more use for the program in my own language, Norwegian.

I have wondered whether it would be possible to have a generalized version of Affinity Publisher with a code number for each item that needs to be localized (for examples, the word 'File', the phrase 'Export...', the phrase 'Show Glyph Browser') such that upon start up the generalized version loads meanings for the items from a text file. That way, it would be a matter of localizing the text file to any particular language.

Thus it would be a matter of translating one file of text into, say, Norwegian. Though I appreciate that there is more to localization than that, but with the help of a native speaker of the language maybe that would be a useful approach.
