rick_c
I am using LuaLaTex on a Mac to produce math-intensive output in PDF format that display fine with Preview or Acrobat, but not Designer Beta 1.7.0.4. I have enclosed an example one-page PDF. The fonts used on this page are from the TeX Gyre Termes and TeX Gyre Termes Math families, both available as open source. I have installed the OpenType fonts on my computer so they are available to Designer. I believe the fonts are properly embedded in the PDF. When I load the page into Designer, it tells me that all of the fonts are available. And yet while the page looks fine in Preview or Acrobat, the math is garbled in Designer. Bug? Not yet implemented capability? User error? Rick C font_test.pdf
Staff MEB Posted February 18, 2019 Staff Share Posted February 18, 2019 Hi rick_c, Welcome to Affinity Forums I've reproduced the issue here both in the current retail and latest beta. I'm passing this to the dev team to be looked at. Thanks for your report. A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
