TOC “Include” text missing

The screen capture tells it all: after Style Name.

Hi Lappa,

I've checked on a couple of setups and the text after Style Name (which is meant to be #s) is visible, do you mind quickly resetting the application (hold down control whilst running the application) and letting me know if you still get the issue?

Tested that, and everything looks as in the screen capture. Isn't there supposed to be some kind of a label for that include page number checkbox column? I was baffled when I saw that first. Maybe  it's not a bug, just ux design choice – a self-explanatory i. :)
