Did you originally purchase through our site or was it through the Mac App Store/Microsoft Store? Staff MEB Posted February 13, 2019 Staff Share Posted February 13, 2019 Hi Dominik Scherer, Welcome to Affinity Forums From where have you bought the application - Affinity Store, Microsoft Store or Apple Store?If from Microsoft or Apples Stores then you don't have an account in our store (Affinity Store) .Just login in the respective application store with the same ID you used to bought the application and install it from there.
