I have version 1.6.5.123 and understand there is a version 1.6.5.135. How can I download this version.
Staff Dan C Posted February 13, 2019 Staff Share Posted February 13, 2019 Hi Snowcap You can download the latest Windows update from the link below - https://store.serif.com/update/windows/photo/1/
walt.farrell
However, the Photo beta works just fine with 1.6.5.123 installed. It does not need the 1.6.5.135 version the Affinity Store will let you download. In terms of function provided, .123 and .135 are identical, so if you have a paid version of .123 runs for you that should be sufficient to install and run the beta. This is correct, and you should be able to run the beta on version .123, however depending on upgrade and install paths, we've seen the beta request version .135 on a few machines before it will run. This is something our devs are looking into, but in the meantime we recommend updating the software and running the beta again. @Snowcap Could you please confirm, are you running the Windows Store or Affinity Store version of the application? Do you have Designer and Publisher installed also, or only Photo? Can you please provide a screenshot of the error message you're seeing in the beta? walt.farrell
