JDD Posted February 12, 2019 Share Posted February 12, 2019 When trying to create figures with Affinity Designer (Mac OS 10.14), I keep running into a problem with the paste function. This occurs when I try to copy a vector image/drawing/etc from an outside application like ChemBioDraw or PowerPoint into Affinity Designer. As an example, when I try to copy a drawing of a chemical structure from ChemBioDraw to Affinity Designer, the entire image is scrambled (see images below). This occurs with multiple applications when pasting into Affinity Designer. The same copied items can be inserted without difficulties into Adobe Illustrator, Keynote, Word, emails, etc. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions to remedy the problem.
