Hello, I apparently have an affinity account that I get billed for on my AMX account. I never use this and feel ripped off. I've been searching for too long as to how I can get my account closed. Affinity applications for general consumers are not sold with a reoccurring subscription charge, they are a one time purchase for a license. I have checked for an Affinity account using the email address you provided, and there is only a download for the Affinity Photo trial on macOS listed, which was claimed back in June 2019. There is no listing of a purchase in your account, and there certainly isn't a reoccurring charge applied, as above. I would recommend emailing affinity@serif.com if you wish to discuss this further with our team, but I can confirm there is currently no clear indication this charge is from Affinity Software.
