You didn't have an affinity forum account to delete before you created this account, but you can certainly request any account has the personal data removed by emailing dataprotection@serif.com explaining what you would like removing.

Hello, I apparently have an affinity account that I get billed for on my AMX account. I never use this and feel ripped off. I've been searching for too long as to how I can get my account closed. I created a passcode and am ready to unsubscribe.  ******@************.com.     $49.00 per month for what??

Affinity applications for general consumers are not sold with a reoccurring subscription charge, they are a one time purchase for a license.

I have checked for an Affinity account using the email address you provided, and there is only a download for the Affinity Photo trial on macOS listed, which was claimed back in June 2019.

There is no listing of a purchase in your account, and there certainly isn't a reoccurring charge applied, as above.

I would recommend emailing affinity@serif.com if you wish to discuss this further with our team, but I can confirm there is currently no clear indication this charge is from Affinity Software.

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.
