Tom Schülke
There have lately been some changes to the shortcuts toggle ... as written in the announcement for the actual beta: Changed tool shortcuts (optionally, default is off) to allow SHIFT to loop through grouped shortcuts (e.g. SHIFT+B to loop through brush tools) so do i get this right ? This function is optional, and i have to turn it on at first ? If so, how and where do i have to turn it on exactly, to test it ?
Staff MEB Posted February 7, 2019 Staff Share Posted February 7, 2019 Hi Tom Schülke, By default cycle through tools is ON. If you want to turn this OFF and just cycle when shift is pressed go to Affinity Preferences, Tools section and tick Use ⇧ modifier to cycle tools. Then they will only cycle if you press shift. Staff MEB Posted February 7, 2019 Staff Share Posted February 7, 2019 Didn't noticed the Windows version uses different wording. On Mac it says exactly as I highlighted. A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
