squeezer Posted February 7, 2019 Posted February 7, 2019 I have tried to use the Nik plugins on the new Beta, but they are all greyed out, they worked fine on the previous beta, before I updated. What do I have to do? Dave
squeezer Posted February 7, 2019 Author Posted February 7, 2019 Is this a function or 32bit versus 16bit processing?
Staff MEB Posted February 7, 2019 Staff Posted February 7, 2019 Yes, most plugins only work on 8/16 bits documents. David Quail 1 A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
Guenter Diel Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 Does this mean that Nik plugins are no longer working in ver. 1.7.x?

No. As @MEB explained, they do not work on 32 bit files. More common 8 bit and 16 bit files can use the Nik plugins in Beta 1.7 without problem.
