I thought it was a bit too fast for the onscreen instructions at 1:25, but the rest of it seemed to go at a reasonable pace. You can click on the gearwheel icon if you want to adjust the playback speed.

Is it possible to create the sliced text effect using the method in this YouTube video? It is for Adobe Illustrator and seems a lot easier than what I have found online for Designer but I am having trouble trying to replicate it in Designer.
