zakh11 Posted February 5, 2019 Posted February 5, 2019 I know there was an issue a bit ago with Sony A7iii RAW files not opening, and Affinity mentioned it was an iOS issue. iOS now has the Sony A7iii on their list of supported files, and rather than just bringing a black screen when I open RAW files from the camera, now it just crashes the app entirely. Anyone else having the same issue?
Staff stokerg Posted February 6, 2019 Staff Posted February 6, 2019 Hi zakh11, Not seeing that here, i've attached a screenshot of a RAW file open in Develop from our iPad. Have you checked to make sure your iPad is up to date, along with Affinity? If so, try restarting the iPad and then opening the image again. If it's still failing, if you could record a video showing the steps you are taking and post the results here, that would be a big help.
