Staff MEB Posted February 5, 2019 Staff Share Posted February 5, 2019 Hi SusanH, Welcome to Affinity Forums Press and hold ⌃(ctrl) while launching the application until a Clear User Data dialog appears. Keep the first three checkboxes ticked then press Clear. Does it fix the issue?
