dmstraker
It would be good if you could use logical operations in equations. Yes, there's the bitwise 'and', 'or', etc. But I was thinking rather of an 'if..then' structure. Either do it with if..then, or with true/false (1/0). eg. (1=1)*5 = 5, but (1=2)*5 = 0. v_kyr
Well I would rather like to see a general scripting support (which would offer all that and also give much more possibilities then), than crippling such things into equations. dmstraker 1 Quote ☛ Affinity Designer 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Photo 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Publisher 1.10.8 ◆ OSX El Capitan ☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.
John Rostron
I would support simple logical expressions. You can emulate them with the current set. For example, to test for equality: EQ(A,B) = floor((min(A,B)/max(A,B)) This gives 0 if A<>B and 1 if A=B, but only if both are positive or both negative. It works, but is hardly elegant!
