Derevo
Hey there, I want to finish my brochure. But the printer's always call me because the cut part I chose, is always a mess. I always use 3 mm. The first one... The cut part on the top is too small. The bottom is correct. Second one... obviously. The chaos is not in the picture in designer. But when I print it... The cut is distorted. In the third one... The bottom has no 3 mm cut parts. I hope you can help me. The settings are always correct in the system. But the result in pdf is absolutely wrong... Well I just chose the A5 and it gives me the correct 148 mm x 210 mm. This was not changed. How do I get it centred? =/

firstdefence
Because in v1.6.x the bleeds don't show create a rectangle 154mm x 216mm no fill but a fine red stroke, say 0.05mm this will show where your bleeds are, you can turn it off or delete it prior to export. Derevo
Oh it looks so much better but where can I change the settings you used. The red frame. Do I have to change the size in the small setting block where the A5 is?
firstdefence
The red frame is just a rectangle sized to 154mm x 216mm to simulate the bleed lines, its just a workaround to compensate for the lack of actual bleed lines showing. A5 = 148mm x 210mm 154mm x 216mm is 148mm x 210mm + 6mm (3mm for each side) Garnelen NEU 29012019 + red bleed line.afdesign Quote iMac 27" 2019 Sequoia 15.0 (24A335), iMac 27" Affinity Designer, Photo & Publisher V1 & V2, Adobe, Inkscape, Vectorstyler, Blender, C4D, Sketchup + more...
