blur brush tool making strange things

when I use the blutr brush tool I get ghost square images  around the line I am following as in the photo. Those ghost images stay until I inclease or decrise the size of the image with command  plus or minus.

This seems to be a generally view-bug (maybe with metal?), it also happens under other circumstances, but just randomly, ´m not able to reproduce!

I've seen this with other tools but normally it only happens when panning/zooming.

Do you only have the one pixel layer or do you have anything underneath and maybe some blend modes? What size brush are you using and what's your zoom level?

Yes i had some other layers and filters but as Polygonious said it id random. So not sure at this point , i wil try to Follow this problem.
