Seneca
1. If one applies a new Master Layout to a spread the text frames on that spread are skipped and are not threaded properly. 2. When one applies a new Master Layout to an Even or Odd Page only, the entire spread is affected and the text frames on the new Layout are not properly threaded. It seems we can't have separate Master Layouts on even and odd pages. This can be solved by having more Master Layouts but that would double the number of Master Layouts needed in certain situations. Staff Gabe Posted March 21, 2019 Staff Share Posted March 21, 2019 Hi @Seneca, Sorry for the delayed reply. This is not really a bug. Master pages are treated as "new" layouts, and will not automatically flow new pages, as it might not be the intended behaviour. You would have to manually link the first frame and then it should continue the flow correctly. Moved to feature requests. Thanks, Gabe. This has not been done with master pages. Staff Gabe Posted March 21, 2019 Staff Share Posted March 21, 2019 We are already aware of that behaviour - Adding pages at the end of the document.
