IsabelAracama
Quick one, this happened to me before Can't select objects on canvas unless I drag from outside the canvas itself. Any refreshment on why this behaviour? Can't recall what was the issue to bring it back to normal selection. Staff MEB Posted January 25, 2019 Staff Share Posted January 25, 2019 Hi Isabel, Are you are trying to select a few objects located above another filling the canvas area/background? If so, with no objects selected, you need to press ⌥ (option/alt) and drag a marquee around the objects you want to select to avoid picking the background object. If this is not the case can you post a screenshot of the interface with the layers panel visible so we can see the layers structure? PixelPest
What I find helpful is this option in Preferences here - as you don´t have to draw an entirely selection rectangle around the bounding boxes of several objects: Cheers
IsabelAracama
Thanks Miguel. That was it. Thanks Pixel pest. yes I do use it too, but the issue was related to the background that Miguel pointed at. Kiss!
