DPI reverts to 72 will not save at 300

Recommended Posts

Every time I export an image it reverts to 72.  I saw a thread that said to do

Step 1
Document > Resize document
uncheck Resample
change DPI to 400
hit Resize

Step 2
Document > Resize document
leave Resample checked
hit Resize
and Export

Tried that still reverts to 72.

Got a reply from Affinity stating I needed to go to the "More" section when exporting and make sure it's set to 300 DPI, but there is no section that gives the option to set any DPI.

Hi Royal Touch Photography,

Welcome to the forums :)

I can see from your direct contact with us that this has already been resolved for you, for any other members interested in this thread, you must Untick Embed Metadata before exporting the image!
