Hi Orazio,
Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
There's isn't much tutorials in Portuguese as far as I'm aware. One of the biggest sources I know is the Affinity Designer Brasil YouTube channel (see here) but they haven't been much active lately. Another place where you can find a few written tutorials in Portuguese for Designer is on Envato + (check this page specifically) - these contain information that will be useful to help you build/construct  the logo using the program's features since the techniques (dealing with shapes/Pen Tool, how to construct the geometry, organise and work with layers etc) are similar. Try to go thought a few of them (if you get in trouble completing them just ask here indicating the step you are having trouble with) and you should then feel more comfortable trying to create your own logo. Again if you have trouble getting the result you are after, attach the .afdesign file to your post so we can help you out.

If you are looking for tutorials about how to design a logo (concept wise) then a search on Google should give you plenty of results, even for Portuguese. Usually, after you settle on a few concepts/ideas that you think may work as a logo (usually sketched on paper), the next step is to scan or photograph them and open the scanned/photographed image in Designer. From here you can use the Shape and Pen Tools to draw or trace over your sketches and iterate/work on your ideas until you get something/some options you are happy with. As soon as you have the main shapes/forms created/defined - usually in black and white first - logos tend to be simple and must be legible in all sizes, working in black and white helps to visualise the forms better and get rid of superfluous details/effects that don't really bring any value to them and just add visual noise - it's time to move to colours/palettes and so on. If you are just getting started - which seems the case - then just ignore those things and try to draw it directly in Designer - the written tutorials/links I mentioned above should give you a good idea on how to start.
