Thanks. Definitely not a pressure related issue. What happens if you use just a standard round brush in Pixel Persona? I can see that you've only used a textured brush.

Hello! Sorry for the delay. Was busy and lazy and you really confused me by asking to use “standard round brush”. I don’t have that. I only have fancy ones, like gouache and pencil etc. can you screen shot me there standard are?

so.. about issue. I researched. Turned out Turning off “angle” parameter resolved my issue. Yet I don’t understand difference between angle and tilt.. And yes. This issue I had was only had to to with pencil brushes. I made video proof. Thank you for your time. Sorry for my English

A round brush would be this:

Difference between tilt and angle. So...

Angle - The angle between the pencil and the screen. With the pen perpendicular to the screen, it would have a 0 value. The more you angle the end it towards the screen the higher value you would get.

Tilt - Imagine the screen of your iPad being a clock, with the tip in the middle and the cap at 3 o'clock. This would be 0%, increasing the value as you rotate your pen clockwise. The pen does not have to be parallel to the screen, so even a slight angle would do the trick.
