My Affinity purchase

Recommended Posts

A few years ago I purchased the Affinity Photo editing program. Because I use a Mac Book Pro, at the time of purchase I was pressed for space on the hard drive, so I saved the program onto another drive and pretty much forgot about it. I  now have a new Mac Book Pro with twice the storage and went to the other drive to download the program information I stored there but am unable to get anything to work/open. Clicking the icon does nothing. Here is my question: What do you need from me to demonstrate I purchased the Affinity Photo program, and can it be resent to me so I may download it to the new computer? Regarding my information to you for verification, I'm not sure I want to put it on this site. So is there an email I can use to send directly to you for verification?

 Thank you in advance..

Welcome to the Affinity forums.

At that time, I believe you would have purchased from the Mac App Store, and Serif would have no record of your purchase.

All you should need to do is sign in to the App Store using the same identity you originally used, and it should be installable from there on your new machine.
