You can draw them yourself, use some spreadsheet (Excel, Calc etc.) or graph/plot software which also exports to vector formats etc. Or use some freely ready to reuse stuff from certain internet services. - Like for example ... If you mean having it drawing this for you automatically based on data provided through an external file (a spreadsheet, a text file, whatever) then no, Affinity Designer can't do it. I've created that manually in Designer. - If you mean instead automagically, no you then have to use other tools instead.
