After reading a RAW picture Affinity cannot close anymore

I have just bought and installed Affinity Photo. When I read either Nikon RAW Pictures (NIKON 810 and NIKON Z6) or SONY (SONY RX100) I cannot close anymore Affinity normally. I get the message (translated from german) "At least one file is beeing developed, close this acitivity or Interrupt it before you close the program). I have done nothing on the Pictures.

You will need to click the blue button in my attached screenshot before closing the app.

Problem is that many users keep Context Toolbar hidden, and AP even has a bug that sometimes does not allow toolbars to display in separated mode. It would be better there really was an option to develop or abort in that message dialog.

At the very least, it would be nice if there was a Cancel keyboard shortcut for every function that displays a "Cancel" button in the Context toolbar, like Develop, Crop, etc.
