Hi! Same problem: I wanted to put Photo on a new computer, but I can't find the product key.

And the same for Publisher.

Any ideas? Everything was bought here on the site

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

You won't have a product key for V2, and you won't need one.

For Photo V1 you only had the trial from Serif, at least using that email address. If you had the retail Photo V1 installed then you must have purchased it from the Microsoft Store, or if you purchased it from Serif you used a different email address.

If you purchased V1 from the Microsoft Store you have no product key, and you must re-download from your account in the Microsoft Store. This FAQ may help with that:
