Publisher: will it open/import old PagePlus files?

Recommended Posts

I've been using PagePlus for some years, and I have a lot of files in that format. Will Affinity Publisher be able to open or import .ppp files when it is released? The beta doesn't appear to be able to do so at the moment.

I'd be disappointed if all my old PagePlus files became so much digital junk. In fact, it would pretty much be a deal-breaker for me.

Hello @PeterFitz,

welcome to the forum.

At the moment APub does not open PagePlus files. This is most likely due to the fact that the capabilities of the two programms are very different. Also APub is not considered an upgrade from PagePlus but rather a completely new line of tools.

There is a long thread on this topic right here in the forum whre you can find many comments from other PagePlus users. You also can find many posts on how to overcome the problem of old PagePlus files. Maybe you find there a solution that may work for you, too.
