SRW
Hi - new to this forum, and to Affinity Photo. First testings seems very promising. However, never used PS in the past either, so I might use some time to learn. Little different from LR which I have been using for some years. Tried to find info about how to install Affinty the same way as NIK-collection, under "Edit in" in LR 6.14. Is this possible? Any with info about this. Thank you. Staff Lee D Posted January 8, 2019 Staff Share Posted January 8, 2019 Hi SRW, Welcome to the forums. In Lightroom Preferences you can setup Affinity Photo as an additional external editor. So when you right click you have the option of Edit In > Affinity Photo. SRW

cid69
Not to hijack this thread but I have set up Affinity as an external editor in LR, and going from LR to Affinity works fine. When I save the Affinity file however the edited file does not transfer back to LR? Am I missing something? Ahh, read a little further in the forum and figured it out! Edited January 22, 2019 by cid69 Figured it out.
stefano catena
Hi, I'm new to the forum and in Affinity Photo. I need to use my Photoshop plug ins Nik Collection and followed the instruction in Affinity guide to add them manually but when I try to use them in the "Filter_Plugin" menu they are not shown: have I done something wrong?
