smee45
Hi! Can you move an image into another by dragging (as in Photoshop) or is copy and paste the only way? Thanks in anticipation Smee45
Staff MEB Posted January 7, 2019 Staff Share Posted January 7, 2019 Hi smee45, Welcome to Affinity Forums If you are using a Mac and set it to separated Mode (menu Window ▸ Separated Mode) you can drag a layer from the Layers panel over another document window to add it to that document. On Windows this is not possible as there's no Separated Mode here (featured provided by the macOS). If you are referring to dragging an image from Finder or Windows Explorer to Affinity canvas, then yes you can drag them over an opened document in Affinity to add the them as layers.
