activitygirl Posted January 6, 2019 Posted January 6, 2019 Hi - I used the free trial for a few days. Then decided to buy. Purchased through App Store. It kept asking me if I wanted to purchase/unlock with a product key. So I deleted the trial Affinity (I think). Then found the Affinity dmg file and dragged it to Applications. But it won't open. Still get the purchase/unlock with product key (which I don't have.). thanks in advance. Quote
Staff SFurniss Posted January 7, 2019 Staff Posted January 7, 2019 You would only need a product key if you had bought the software directly from us. The Apple Store version would be installed from within your Apple Store account so it doesn't need a product key. Quote
