JordanL Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 When I put my PayPal information in my iTunes account, I was told my daughter would be purchasing a 2 dollar painting app, wake up the next morning to find a 40 dollar app was purchased. I am confident that you have a fine app here, and have no problems with it other than the fact that I can barely trace my hand with a pencil, and would have no need to buy it. I requested a refund from Apple, but they said it was a non-refundable item. Money is tight, so I would greatly appreciate a refund for this purchase that I didn't authorize. Quote
Staff MEB Posted January 4, 2019 Staff Posted January 4, 2019 Hi JordanL, Welcome to Affinity Forums I'm assuming you have purchased the app through the Mac App Store (for desktop or iPad). If so all purchases are managed by Apple, not us. You have to contact them and explain the purchase was made by mistake. Only them can solve this for you, there's nothing we can do regarding this issue, sorry. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
JordanL Posted January 4, 2019 Author Posted January 4, 2019 @MEBAlright, I will try again, thank you for your response. That was my first recourse, and the message they sent was that they could not refund it and to contact the developers. Quote
Staff MEB Posted January 5, 2019 Staff Posted January 5, 2019 You're welcome. Usually they are quite responsive to situations like these, specially if you have bought the app in the last two weeks so give it a try and don't give up just yet. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
