modeller.ca
Is there a way I can print the grid to use as graph paper, I want to print out some isometric 2:1 triangular grid paper for my son to draw some cube monsters :-)

rce26val
I have this question as well. Has anyone come up with a solution?
Staff MEB Posted May 11, 2020 Staff Share Posted May 11, 2020 Hi rce26val, Welcome to Affinity Forums No, sorry. Grids are not really part of the document (they are not objects) so there's no way to output/export them to a file (other than taking a screenshot of the app with the grid set up). v_kyr
Just reuse some Isometric Grid vectors (SVG, PDF, EPS etc.) instead. I adjusted the position of the verticals manually so they are not precise, but for cube monsters (whatever they are) it might be good enough. sfriedberg 1 Quote All 3 1.10.8, & all 3 V23.0 Mac apps; 2020 iMac 27"; 3.8GHz i7, Radeon Pro 5700, 32GB RAM; macOS 10.15.7 Affinity Photo 1.10.8; Affinity Designer 1.108; & all 3 V2 apps for iPad; 6th Generation iPad 32 GB; Apple Pencil; iPadOS 15.
