Diane Window 10 Desktop AD Posted January 3, 2019 Share Posted January 3, 2019 I had this happen multiple times already. I am trying to edit a design and had things to it and program just shuts down. (It does not even put the box up to report it) It is a design of a black hat and I am changing the color to green and that worked. Then I make a square no fill just stroke so I can put a buckle on the hat and it just crashes when I go to move buckle to the hat. Last night when it happened I was further along and I was going to kill myself cause I did not save yet. LESSON LEARNED! But today I was just at the very beginning so did not save yet so did not lose much. What is happening? Oh I am running windows 10 8g of ram just started doing this. If possible could you provide the file in question along with a video of you making it crash so I can try and recreate this at my end? Diane Window 10 Desktop AD Posted January 4, 2019 Author Share Posted January 4, 2019 I got it to stop, I shut down my computer and restarted everything. I finished the design with no problems. I never shut down my computer and leave AD open all the time cause I am always coming up with ideas. I guess I need to shut down sometimes to clear everything out:)) Thank you so much for that.
