I am attempting to export TIFF files to upload to a printer....the upload did not recognize it as a TIFF file (although it clearly was marked TIFF in the export). I was attempting to see if I could see the "Tiff" page and opened in the Affinity program....now when I try to export the file as a TIFF it sets the program as an Affinity program/file.  Also I've tried to export as a JPEG and it says it is exporting, but does not create a JPEG....it will export as a PDF but I don't want to print from a PDF because it would be of inferior quality.

Hi Ahanson4,

Welcome to the forums :)

If possible could you please provide screen recording of you exporting to .Tiff and the app creating an Affinity file?

Thanks

Callum

Check the file extension. Ignore what the app says about it being an Affinity file, which just means an Affinity app can open it.
