please help me , i bought affinity designer program but , why i dont recieve a keys in my account ?

I bought Affinity Designer program.

After that I try to login to my PC but i cant use my email and my password that i already set ,  then i choose to registered a new account but my buying information are disappear and I don't see your email from your organisation that you sent to me , so am not sure you sent to wrong email please help me.
