Feedback
Hello. Please change Affinity splash screen starting from v1.6.5 and ending the v1.7.0.209 beta, because people don't like the sci fi style splash screen. You shoud add something more serius and simple. I switch to Affinity from photoshop because I hate the creative cloud and subscribtions. You also shoud add tools for game and film texturing like it has photoshop Regards! chakko007
Personally, i don't care much about the splash screen. It looks OK in my eyes. I think there are more important other things Serif should work on. E.g. more filters, more brushes, an easier way to transform selections, or the ability to rename batch processed files. chakko007
That's the problem, innit? How is a single user supposed to say what "people" like or don't like.

John Rostron
Some software packages allow you to change the Splash Screen. I know that Lightroom did in the days before I opted out of Adobe. I believe it was as simple as changing an image in one of their folders. Would this be possible in Affinity? Steps
Judging from Publisher Beta splash I guess they will get more serious as OP requested. Quote Windows 10 Pro x64 (1903). I'm not convinced, as they have changed the splash screens for the 1.7 betas of Photo and Designer and they are nothing like Publisher's. I think it's just as likely that they haven't finished producing a fancy splash screen for Publisher yet.
