Is is possible to convert Text into vector art. Being a former Adobe Illustrator user I could convert any Text into outlines, which is of course, vector artwork. I can use the nodes to draw over the test and create my own outline, but this is time consuming.  And tips of help is very appreciative. I really like Affinity. The price is awesome, the tools are great, very impressive. That's why I quit Adobe's over priced programs.

Select the text block with the Move Tool & from the Layers menu, select "Convert to Curves." There is also a "Convert to Curves" option on the context toolbar, but if the workspace window is not wide enough to show all the context toolbar items, you will need to click the ≫ icon on the right end of the toolbar to see it.
