What tools do I need to recreate this?

Recommended Posts

Hey Everyone,

Happy Holidays!

I'm very new to design and I just bought Affinity Designer as well as the Workbook provided. Can't wait for it to come in the mail.

I mainly bought this because the price point really appealed to me as a beginner.

Can someone tell me what sort of tools or mockups I would need to replicate something like this? I seriously don't have a clue.

Here is the website:

Not sure how they are moving the images but my main priority is simply to replicate the design.  Thank you!

Hi and welcome,

not sure if you mean the image ordering/orientation here, but that looks like some sort of grabbed image cover flow presentation, which can also be made manually by placing small sized images one over and beneath the other and then slant some of them. Should be easily done with the perspective tools (lattice distortion etc.) Affinity Photo has build in.

☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.2
