I want Designer to match some of Illustrator tool: Transform and Outline Type

I'd like that Designer to have some of same tools from Illustrator.

For shearing object/shape/text, I don't want to move with the pointer, I'd like to move shearing by measuring angle only, as same as Illustrator.

For outline/dividing, I got frustrated that I want outline stroke on both outside and inside of text, much like Illustrator, but there's no stroke for outside. For inside, it might work but I hate that when uppercase "A" has weirdly chopped off the outline inside the text. I intend to use outline stroke for both outside and inside text so I would use to create new path stroke after finishing, then I would use to divide it, it should look like double outline inside text through I prefer "bold" for just outline stroke outside the text after dividing or something like that.
