Can‘t join curves

Hi everybody!

I‘ve been fiddling around with Affinity Designer on the iPad for over half an hour now and I just can‘t wrap my head around it, so hopefully someone can help me with my probably very easy problem:

I have drawn two curves and I would like to join them so they are one single curve / path. Can someone tell me how this is done?

Hi, herrmayr,

It looks to me like you are trying to work w. a closed curve and an open curve. "Join" connects open curves to each other. Try using "Add" to weld the shapes.
