Designer won't open at all, it "bounces" then crashes

Try holding down the control key while starting and clearing user data, just have the top three checked.

Did you make any system changes just before it started happening?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Designer?

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
Can you please try to create a new user account and check it the application works for you there?
If not, please download/install the Customer Beta available here (keep the retail version installed since it's needed to validate the Beta). Does it also crash for you in the same circumstances?

I reinstalled the software and now it works fine.  Thank God!  I use Designer all the time and was freaking out a bit.  Thanks for your help!
