Guest
Hello Carole, 1) You can follow my GIF to remove (hide) the outer parts of the red rectangles. 2) You can also select the red rectangles, cut them ("Ctrl/Cmd + X"). Select the green rectangle, "Layer", "Insert", "Inside" and paste ("Ctrl/Cmd + V"). The red rectangles will be displayed without the external parts of the green rectangle that will be hidden. 3) If you want to completely remove the outer parts, convert the red rectangles into curves, add knots to them just at the edge of the green rectangle. Select with the node tool the external nodes and delete them, the external parts will be deleted.

Guest
Thanks for the feedback, for the first way, the red rectangles being selected, in the "Layers" tab of the studio, drag them to the right and bottom of the green rectangle thumbnail, in order to obtain a horizontal blue rectangle (only on the right of the thumbnail). Thanks for the feedback, for the first way, the red rectangles being selected, in the "Layers" tab of the studio, drag them to the right and bottom of the green rectangle thumbnail, in order to obtain a horizontal blue rectangle (only on the right of the thumbnail). Jonathan8
So simple when you know - only took me about an hour of total frustration until I found this! I had started to miss Adobe then but all good now.
