Holiday special - Apple store vs Affinity Store

I would like to use the Apple store to make my purchase as my account details are there already but I notice that the Affinity store offers "Free" Macro Pack and UI kit if you buy.

As I want to buy both the desktop versions of Photo and Designer I would like to confirm I can access those packages if bought from the Apple store. (I already have the iPad versions).

The free Macro Pack and UI Kit can be claimed through the "Welcome" screen within the app for purchases made through the Mac App Store or through the Microsoft Store.
