When I log into my account I have the link to download Affinity Designer, but no Product Key is displayed to officially register and get full access. What should I do? In addition, Serif sends a confirmation of purchase by mail with order number, order date and product key. How it is in the App Store of Appel or in the App Store of Windows I do not know. Staff DWright Posted December 23, 2018 Staff Share Posted December 23, 2018 Hi aequinn, If you purchased Affinity Designer from the App Store or Microsoft Store you will not need a product key as the purchased is linked to your account, if you have the trial version installed please can you uninstall it as your computer will try to open it instead of your purchased version.
