Frustrating Layer Management on Designer iPad

Recommended Posts

To put some context to it,

i created a Later (lets call it B) and pur late C and D grouped together inside it, and layer A on top of it.

Layer A covers all layer B so all layers B/C/D are not visible.

Layer A is a group containing  a & b.

When i click on a, Layer A is selected as intended since a is a sub layer of grouo A.

But when i click a a again, instead of selecting a, it selects B which is not visible on screen, and clicking again will select C or D which is a sub group of B.

Hi @Aaron Martin

Sorry for the delayed reply.

Can you please illustrate this workflow with a screen recording? Just make sure you turn on "Show touches" from within the app's General Preferences.

Thanks,

Gabe.

I will try to make another recording if the first one wasn't obvious enough, the layers that was selected from 0:07 to the end, was layers inside a layer(Phone Background) behind another layer (Home Button) and it was selectable.
