John Rostron Posted December 22, 2018 Share Posted December 22, 2018 How big are your three images? Are they 8-bit or 16-bit? Are they raw files or developed files. I have always found that developing raw files and saving them, then loading these into the HDR stack, is quicker than loading raw files directly into HDR.
