Now it turns out that my canon g7X is not properly supported by the RAW conversion in Affinity. There is no proper lens correction. All threads on the forum about these CR2 raw issues end in cul de sacs. Since the only way to reach you is publicly on a forum (...) if one is not a twitter or facebook user, I contact you this way on the forums. I would like my money back and return the software to you.
