Finally a great step forward in the Resource Manager !

In my opinion those two things are missing: A option to recover from the Missing status and relative paths.

For the rest I feel no need.

That already exists. Select the missing item in the Resource Manager, and click Replace.

No, I meant when you don't have the embedded file anymore.

I speak of the bug topic I created for that.

I know that you said when Affinity goes the direction we want and do not embed linked files anymore there would be no need for that.

But until then I still see that something should be done about that.

But yes, it has a low priority. This is by far not the number one problem to address.

... and your "Pack and go..." might be expected in the file menu, somewhere around "Save As..." and "Export...", to make it include the .afpub, too, instead not resources only. ... And I'd appreciate both DPI to appear more close to each other.

... and ... and ... less "fake" + less "great" would be nice

But first of all I would want the value for "Placed DPI" to be realistic and the "Color space" would tell the resources's space, not the document's.

There is no need at all for such a function if we can get relative resource paths.

Moving the whole folder in the filesystem is the only solution that inho would feel natural.

You say it. The ironic tone of the starting post does not help.

What is wrong with it? It seems to be correct on my site.
