I have just bought a new computer but I cannot login to my affinity account to download products from site. I'm pretty sure that I'm entering right email and password but still it say that email or password not existed. Please help me, because I feel lost - I have bought your programs but I cannot use them on new computer? It's just WTF? I have recieved product keys and download links on my email - but unfortuanately on my old email that I'm not using anymore and I also don't have acces to it. I have changed the email on my AF store account and it worked until now I have tried to sign in to download programs to my new computer and "whoops" - email does not exist and I don't understand WHY I can't login or even reset my password. Our newsletter is separate from the Affinity Store, so it is possible to receive emails to one email address and have an Affinity Store account under a different email address. I have not been able to locate an account using the email address you have registered on the forum, could you contact us through affinity@serif.com so we can get some more details from you and hopefully figure this one out?
