Mark Genower Posted December 16, 2018 Posted December 16, 2018 Hi I bought Affinity Photo at the Photography Show in March 2018. I have had it on my PC since then. At the end of November I had a number of issues with my PC - it was 7 years old, so I reset it completely. I reinstalled Affinity but still have increasingly worse problems and felt I needed a new PC before it died without warning. I have now set up my new PC but when I tried to download Affinity Photo I had a message saying I had exceeded my purchase limit. As it stands I do not have Affinity on any computers but do not wish to be forced to buy it again. Can you help please? Mark Genower Quote

The small stand could only accept cash and I only have a small credit card with redeem details. I also have 3 emails sent to me following my Show purchase - both attached to this email.
