1.7.0.206 crashes on loading my file

Recommended Posts

I have had the same problem with build 192 and now with 206. I've attached the crash dump, and this is the headline information from it.

Essentially as soon as I open the file that I've been working with in earlier betas, the application crashes as soon as it has displayed the current page in that file - the application terminates and disappears.

The file is 50mb, and I'm happy to share it with you, but I'd prefer not to share it publicly.

Hi Alex,

It would easiest for us to have a look at the file.

If you could upload it here we can take a look into what might be causing it: https://www.dropbox.com/request/xJcQpCVh1VbAtdYYCypw

Thanks

Thanks, I've just uploaded the file to that location. I'd been working on it in all the previous betas without any problems, but the last two have caused crashes on opening it. Hopefully it will be easy to spot why!

Hi Alex,

The developers have fixed the file, which I'll PM to you shortly.

We are a little unsure of the steps taken that caused it to crash when opened, but should hopefully be preventing this happening again in a future build.

If however you do encounter this issue again it would be great if you could note down any steps you did before the save that might help us reproduce it from scratch.

Thanks!
